Shipping

• We ship every Monday and Friday, if for whatever reason you don't receive tracking by the end of business day. Feel free to email us at info@barnoneglass.com or DM us on Instagram @BarNoneGlass with your Order #.
• Your Order number will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase.

Refunds

• Unfortunately , Bar-None Glass does not offer any refunds or cancellations at this time.

Exchanges 

• Bar-None Glass does not exchange products with slight aesthetic differences, due to the product(s) being hand made it's possible they can vary.
• We will ONLY offer exchanges on products damaged during shipping. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to record the unboxing of each product received. 
• Your damaged product must be sent back, an exchange for the exact same product will occur, and you will be shipped back a new replacement. A prepaid return label will be sent to the email used at checkout.
